Peanuts, Besan, Masala Mix, Pink Salt, Groundnut Oil
“Nut Cracker – peanut ke andar aur bahar, dono taraf crunch. Ek baar shuru karo toh…”
Our Nut Cracker are whole peanuts coated in a spiced besan batter and fried fresh in pure groundnut oil. You get a crispy spiced besan shell on the outside and a roasted peanut inside – double the crunch in every bite. Medium spice, chaat-style seasoning, very addictive.
Not the same as plain masala peanuts. The besan coating creates a completely different texture experience. This is the namkeen you reach for when you want something with presence.
How is Nut Cracker different from masala peanuts?
Plain masala peanuts are just coated in spice powder. Nut Cracker uses a batter of spiced besan that fries into a crispy shell around each peanut. The result is a two-layer crunch – crunchy besan coating then roasted peanut – with more masala flavour and more satisfying texture than spice-dusted peanuts.
Is it gluten-free?
The besan (chickpea flour) coating is naturally gluten-free as chickpea flour does not contain gluten. However it is made in a facility that also handles wheat-based products so we cannot guarantee no cross-contact for severe gluten sensitivities.

Pro tip
Nut Cracker works well as a salad topping in place of croutons - particularly in raita or cucumber salad where the crunch and spice add both texture and seasoning.
Storage tip
Store in a cool dry place. Keep the pack sealed tightly after opening. Consume within 3 weeks of opening for best crunch. Do not store in the fridge - moisture will make namkeen lose crispness.
Nut Cracker is our most labour-intensive namkeen to make. Each peanut is individually batter-coated and fried - there is no shortcut that preserves the two-layer crunch. Most besan-coated peanuts in the market have a thin, uneven coating that breaks off. Ours uses a proper batter consistency applied to uniform-sized peanuts, fried in pure groundnut oil. The shell stays on, crunches properly and delivers real masala flavour in every bite.
