Cancellation and Refund

At Salteen, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Since we deal in consumable food products, we have a transparent and strict Cancellation & Refund Policy as outlined below:
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via:

Note: Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products (Papad, Pickles, Namkeen), we do not accept returns for reasons like taste preference, personal dislike, or incorrect product ordered by the customer.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To qualify for a return:
- Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos and an unboxing video of the product via WhatsApp or email
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is verified and approved:
- We will issue a full refund or offer a replacement shipment
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days
Note: Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product was opened or used
- Evidence of damage is not provided
- The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
4. Non-Returnable Items
As a policy, the following items are non-returnable:
- Products opened/used/consumed even partially
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased on special promotions or clearance sales
5. Undelivered Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Then:
- The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges
- No refunds will be issued for undelivered items unless the issue is due to our error
