Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India (All States & Union Territories)
- We currently do NOT offer international shipping
Shipping Charges
- ₹45 flat shipping charge on all orders below ₹499
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
Order Processing & Dispatch
At Salteen, freshness is our priority. Our dispatch timelines vary based on product type:
🥭 Pickles
- Orders are processed within 24 hours
- Dispatched same day or next day
🍘 Snacks & Ladoos
- Since these products have a shelf life of around 4 months, we aim to deliver maximum freshness
- Orders are usually prepared fresh and shipped within 1–2 days
Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Delivery may take longer for remote or rural locations
- Timelines may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics constraints
- High order volumes (festivals/sales)
Shipping & Courier Partners
- We use iCarry.in as our shipping aggregator
- iCarry works with multiple courier partners
- The courier is automatically selected based on:
- Your PIN code availability
- Fastest delivery option
- Service reliability in your area
Our goal is to always choose the fastest and most efficient courier partner
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking details via Whatsapp / Email, or SMS (where Whatsapp is unavailable)
- You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- The order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen logistics issues
- Weather disruptions
- Regional restrictions
We request your patience and understanding in such cases.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate
- Salteen is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer
Damaged / Missing Orders
At Salteen, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged package, broken jar or leaked product, simply:
- Click a clear photo of the issue
- Share it with us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery
We will send you a replacement at no extra cost – no questions asked.
And don’t worry about the product you’ve already received, you’re absolutely free to use it, consume it or discard it as you prefer.
