We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing of our products. However, we do not guarantee that the information is always error-free, complete, or up-to-date. In case of any error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly or cancel it with a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway to process online transactions.
  • We do not store any card or banking details on our server.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Delivery (India):

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹399
  • ₹45 shipping charge for orders below ₹399
  • Orders are shipped via Shree Anjani Courier, Indian Speed Post, or Shiprocket
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

International Delivery:

  • We offer global shipping at a flat rate of ₹650 per 2 kg
  • Delivery time and availability may vary depending on location

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at social@salteen.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8108698794.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
    • Damaged in transit
    • Incorrect item sent

To request a return:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide unboxing video and photos of the package
  • Once verified, we will initiate a refund or reshipment

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

7. User Account

You may create an account for a better shopping experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

8. Intellectual Property
