At Salteen Foods, your online payment experience is safe, secure, and smooth. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your payment and personal information.
1. Secure Payment Gateway
We use Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, to process all online transactions. Razorpay supports all major payment methods including:
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.)
Note: At no point does Salteen Foods (salteen.com) store or access your complete payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or PIN.
2. Payment Confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message after a successful transaction.
- Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

3. Data Protection & Privacy
All payment information is encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not sell, rent, or share your payment or personal data with any third-party, except for processing your order and delivery through verified partners.
4. Fraudulent Transactions
If we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment methods:
- The order will be held or cancelled
- We may reach out to verify your identity
- Appropriate legal action may be taken, if necessary
5. Payment Disputes
In case of any discrepancy in the payment amount, duplicate charge, or refund request, please raise a query at social@salteen.com within 3 working days of the transaction.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid via the online payment options listed above.
